Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To begin a return or exchange, please email Stackedbaseballacademy@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note:

  • We accept returns for store credit only on non-custom items.
    Please note: All custom gear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since each piece is made just for you, we’re unable to restock or resell personalized items.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on both returns and exchanges.
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item (in the case of an exchange).
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 1–2 business days.

We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage upon inspection will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
